In Ubuntu Trusty Tahr, I have to select printer by the second option, 'AppSocket/JetDirect net printer by DNS-SD', 'Brother' and then, use model 'HL-2030' and 'Brother HL-2030 Foomatic/hl1250' driver. And it works by wireless again. I just hit this bug and manually selecting the 2035 driver fixed this for me, too.
