Title:
After rebooting while in a voice call, there is no sound until the
  next call

Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
Today I upgraded to image 99 and no sound worked in the music and
settings app (testing phone sounds). Rebooted multiple times and same
issue. I saw the indicator and volume control as expected, and ensured
  it was up.

When putting my phone up to my ear I also heard light crackling from
  the speaker.

I then called my phone to test if calls could be heard and it worked
as expected, and then the music app worked fine. It seemed to unblock
  the sound.

ogre seems to think it is something to do with transitioning between
sound profiles and asked me to file a bug. :-)

Update: before I had this issue I had to hang up while on a call, so
  that may be the cause.
