2013-11-27 Thread Raymond
you better test how well do it work in ubuntu 10.10 before you
retinstall 14.04

do automute work or not ?

do the speaker/headphone playback switch mute/unmute the speaker

2013-11-27 Thread Raymond
https://launchpad.net/~diwic/+archive/hda

once you confirmed the nodes of headphone, speaker, Mic and internal mic

you can use hdajackretask or early patching to fixup the pins

[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1254745] Re: [Z35HL, Realtek ALC660, Green Line Out, Rear] No sound at all

2013-11-26 Thread Raymond
-   [ALC660_3ST] = {

-   .init_verbs = { alc861_threestack_init_verbs },

-   .adc_nids = alc861_adc_nids,
-   .input_mux = alc861_capture_source,
-   },

you have to fix up the pin default by find out the nodes of internal
speaker, internal Mic, Mic Jack and headphone Jack from the
alc861_3ST_mixer and alc861_threestack_init_verbs

try hda-verb get_pin_sense to find nodes of headphone Jack and Mic jack
