  Hello,

  Thank you very much for your efforts, but Orca doesn't support Arabic.
  I really hope that Orca support it, many people will benefit so much.

  These applications support Arabic - they are for windows - maybe they have 
what
  Orca developers need to support Arabic
  vocalizer, nvda, jaws

  It has Arabic packages, which I hope help.

  * I have reported this but to Orca, but an Orca developer said that I
  should report it to speech dispatcher

  2- speech-dispatcher:
    Installed: 0.7.1-6.1ubuntu2
    Candidate: 0.7.1-6.1ubuntu2
    Version table:

  500 http://eg.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ quantal/main i386 Packages
  100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

  3- Orca's version is 3.7.0.94
