regarding this being fixed by reseating the hardware. For future

  Can't use native resolution of my screen

Status in xorg package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I have a Samsung SyncMaster B2030, its native resolution is 1600x900,
  everything was good until I launched Steam, it changed the resolution,
  and since the resolution remains 1024x768 ... In parameters, this is
  indicated that the screen is unknown.

  It doesn't give me the opportunity to activate the native resolution
  (1600x900) and my attempts are unsuccessful with xrandr.

  Here is my lat attempt :

The bug has been solved, I reset the size screen from the screen menu. I
shut down every thing, I unpluged everything, AC, VGA, the Graphic Card,
and then I repluged everything, I restarted the PC ... Then the PC
recognized the screen "Samsung Electronics", and its original resolution
too, so now everything is running normal.

But I don't know where the problem realy is, if it happen again, I don't
know if what I did there will work again ...
