  Actual Result:  After about 50 or so characters the keyboard stops
  working. This also includes outside of chromium-browser. Once the
  browser is closed, the keyboard starts to work again right away.

  Side note: Tried multiple times on different pages with the same
  result. Also does the same thing using google-chrome-stable.

Geoffrey,

We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all
reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago
and there have been many changes in Ubuntu and Chromium since that time.

Can this bug report now be closed or do you still see a problem related
to that which you reported?

If we do not hear from you the bug report will close itself in
approximately 60 days time.

Turns out this problem is specific to using "Apps - Google Docs" so I am
not sure if the bug lies in chromium, or the app
