No, I installed xubuntu-desktop on top of Lubuntu 15.04 having bug #1424362 and #1429531. This XFCE works w/o bugs since PolicyKit Authentication Agent is ticked on by default. When manually ticking off, these bugs also appear with XFCE DE. Same problem in my 32-bit version. Anything in GUI requiring permission seems not to work (bug #1424362) . E.g.
