I still get the same error in Ubuntu 16.04.1. Also installing the newest version from here https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/yakkety/amd64/libmeanwhile1/1.0.2-9 does not help. This issue is regarding a gcc optimization as described in [1]. I will submit a SRU for xenial. Ubuntu 16.10 should have the fix already. Bump, same problem on Ubuntu 15.04 "vivid", libmeanwhile1 1.0.2-5 failed to connect to Sametime server "login verification down or unavailable".
