Public bug reported:

using firefox to browse the news, that I then share to FB, and I get a FB post 
page that as I type a long response, note LONG response, that pushes the post 
button off page and I cannot find a way to pan it back on page to click it.
So somewhere, FB, Firefox, Unbuntu, have missed the window sizing to stay on 
page.
I use numerous computers, and browsers, and OS's, and only here does it happen.

ps. spell check suggestions will not stay up, flash and disappear.

I am beginning to think that 16.04 broke more than it fixed.
