`unity-gtk-module` is needed for global menu and all but if it is reason behind it then we should mark it as affected project. [Desktop-packages] [Bug 1690407] Re: Dragging icons on desktop pulls a part of background as well (Artful)
Interestingly this bug has resurfaced in Ubuntu MATE 17.10. I have tracked this does to `unity-gtk-module` which is loaded in Ubuntu MATE 17.10 but has not been used in prior releases. If GTK_MODULES does not includes `unity-gtk-module` then this issue does not present. ** Also affects: caja (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Changed in: caja (Ubuntu) Status: New => Triaged -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to nautilus in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1690407 Title: Dragging icons on desktop pulls a part of background as well (Artful) Status in caja package in Ubuntu: Triaged Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: I am reporting this for artful but it is present for all nautilus >=3.18.
