Bug description:
  As stated in the title of the bug, every time I resume from suspend,
  the wallpaper turns into a static picture. This can be somewhat
  alleviated by switching the wallpaper, but the previous wallpaper is
  unusable until reboot.

Also the lockscreen image is affected as well. Sometimes other parts of
the UI are as well like browser windows.
