The combination worked great - with Shift-Ctrl and Ctrl-Shift both, no matter in which order keys were being pressed. But after upgrade to 19.10 and setting the same combination through the same tweak-tool it seems like only Ctrl-Shift is working and Shift-Ctrl is not anymore.
