Title:
  No analog output

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed
Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
After a fresh boot and login, there is no analog output. Only HDMI and
bluetooth are available.
It becomes available when I kill pulseaudio with 'pulseaudio -k' but the
sound indicator only shows 'dummy' output and I cannot control the output from
the sound settings or the sound indicator.

[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1881699] Re: No analog output

2020-06-01 Thread Daniel van Vugt
The kernel team are tracking a couple of 'sof' audio issues that relate
to 10th gen Intel systems. Also there seems to be a kernel crash in i2c
code that might relate to audio.

** Also affects: linux (Ubuntu)
   Importance: Undecided
   Status: New
