Week numbers in gnome shell calendar are not vertically centered, with
some fonts configurations (as in [1]).
[ Test case ]
1. Open the gnome-shell calendar
2. Ensure that week numbers are vertically centered
[ Regression potential ]
Week numbers have wrong padding
