Title:
Lock screen does not properly give focus after unlocking on Wayland

Status in mutter package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
When using GDM on Wayland, after unlocking, the previously focused
window (such as Firefox) is not focused. Alt+tab (or click) must be
  used to gain focus.

On X, everything works as excepted (if you were using Firefox at the
time of locking, Firefox will be focused after unlocking too).

  (Ubuntu 21.04, ThinkPad P14s)
