I booted an Ubuntu desktop ISO with the new version of glib2.0 and pkmon
now indicates that "network status=online".

 $ bsdtar -x -f impish-desktop-amd64.iso -O \./.disk/info
Ubuntu 21.10 "Impish Indri" - Release amd64 (20211012)%

Packagekit thinks it's offline according to pkmon. Trying to use pkcon
install leads to similar error
