Title:
  Double click titlebar toggle-maximize-horizontally/vertically not
  working

Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Double clicking gnome window titlebar not performing action set with
gsettings nor gnome-tweaks.
Instead double clicking will maximize the window as if the action
"toggle-maximize" was performed.

Changing the setting in gnome-tweaks show up in dconf. But the action
  is not performed.

  Example:

  dconf watch /
  /org/gnome/desktop/wm/preferences/action-double-click-titlebar
    'toggle-maximize-horizontally'

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Run gnome-tweaks
  2. Click "Window Titlebars"
  3. Set "Titlebar Actions - Double click" and select "Toggle Maximize
Horizontally"
  4. Double click a gnome-terminal titlebar.

  Results: Window maximizes fully

Expected results: Window maximizes on the horizontal axis only.

  ProblemType: Bug
  DistroRelease: Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS
  Package: gnome-shell 3.36.9-0ubuntu0.20.04.2 500
  DisplayManager: gdm3
