You have been subscribed to a public security bug:

If I press right-click on a terminal supporting right click mouse
options, e.g. gnome-terminal, Konsole, and then I close the laptop Lid.
the pc goes in suspend mode, and that is correct.

But when I wake up again from suspend mode, the screensaver/screenlock
program is not demanding to enter user's password.

I tested the vulnerability on Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS and Kali Linux 2021.4.
