Public bug reported:

Since I upgraded to Ubuntu 22.04 from 20.04 several days ago, my ugreen network
adapter is not detected even though the lights between the ethernet cable and
the adapter are on. I am using a
Dell G3 3500 that came with windows 10. The adapter works ok on my Dell XPS
and worked fine
with Ubuntu 20.04 on the Dell G3. Other devices are detected when plugged into
the usb.
The wifi is working. Any help with this would be appreciated.
