I installed libgdk-pixbuf2.0-common (2.42.9+dfsg-1ubuntu1) and libgdk- pixbuf-2.0-0 (2.42.9+dfsg-1ubuntu1) from the proposed repository on 22.10. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gdk- pixbuf/2.42.9+dfsg-1ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
