Public bug reported: When you activate overview you can drop a windows to the left / right of the row of workspaces found just below the search input box at the top of the screen.
If you have windows on 2+ workspaces (so 3 are shown in overview with the rightmost empty) and you drag a window to the left to create a new left-position workspace the windows on your current overview vanish for a few seconds and then reappear. Easier to watch the attached screencast. ** Affects: gnome-shell (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: lunar rls-ll-incoming ** Attachment added: "Screencast from 2023-03-28 16-09-29.webm" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2013099/+attachment/5658333/+files/Screencast%20from%202023-03-28%2016-09-29.webm -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gnome-shell in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2013099 Title: overview: windows temporarily vanish when creating workspace to the left Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: When you activate overview you can drop a windows to the left / right of the row of workspaces found just below the search input box at the top of the screen.
