This pop-up reports that I was visiting a page with a expired certificate. Nice to see and know but I couldn't close the pop-up. After close it or use the cancel button every time after a few seconds a new pop-up occurs. Closing the page didn't solve the issue. Restarting Firefox completely solves it.
