[Desktop-packages] [Bug 613035] Re: Printing duplex does not work
Add Duplex=None to first line in $HOME/.cups/lpotions has solved the problem for me. e.g.: Default YOUR_PRINTER Duplex=None You can also remove this file. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to evince in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/613035 Title: Printing duplex does not work Status in evince package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: Binary package hint: evince Hi, I have a HP OfficeJet 8000 with duplex unit. [Desktop-packages] [Bug 613035] Re: Printing duplex does not work
Sorry ... That i have write before is not complet: You must remove ~/.config/evince/print-settings, and print a first duplex page. Then you can change your setup. OR You can add this in ~/.config/evince/print-settings at the [Print Settings] section: ## for short edge: duplex=horizontal cups-Duplex=DuplexNoTumble ## or for long edge: duplex=vertical cups-Duplex=DuplexNoTumble ## or for One sided: duplex=simplex cups-Duplex=None So the print evince setup does'nt stay blocked on 'one sided' anymore ! Hope this help...
