Just upgraded from Maverick to Natty and 'DEBUG: GsmDBusClient: obj_path=/org/freedesktop/DBus interface=org.freedesktop.DBus method=NameOwnerChanged' messages are spamming .xsession-errors. At first I thought it might be a user configuration issue, so I created a new user and logged in. I watched the log go from around 60 KB - I've only logged in with this user for a short amount of time and the file is now at 183.5 MB and growing! The system is using Ubuntu Classic (it doesn't have the graphics for Unity). I'm attaching my .xsession-errors in this bug report. If this is a real error message, what can be causing it? Else, if this is just a "debug" message, then why debug log is enabled in the final version distributed in Ubuntu? Shut it down at 247.2MB. Also figured out how to trigger at will; open ~/.xsession-errors using gedit.
