Unfortunately still  happens frequenlty in chromium browser in precise
system (12.04) and nvidia 304.64 (latest greatest)

  Binary package hint: chromium-browser

  When trying to watch youtube videos (any) I get the report: "The following 
plug-in has crashed: Shockwave Flash"
  Started after latest upgrade of chromium and flash plugin.
  Doesn't happen in other browser (Firefox).
  When run from terminal I get: 
"[9801:9801:28279507192:FATAL:base/process_util_linux.cc(594)] Out of memory."
