Bug description:
  Binary package hint: nautilus

  Under Unity if you press the alt key the global menu becomes focused
  and you can select menu items via alt+f (File), alt+e (Edit) and so
  on. This works with all applications, except when the desktop is
  focused. For consistency reasons and keyboard navigation nautilus
  desktop too needs an alt-key navigateable menu.
