More precisely, it doesn't need to be a nautilus window. Any window with a menu will do (tried d-feet and gnome-terminal). Yes - I've done log out/ins & full restarts. With a fresh install of 09/27 daily which updated "nautilus (1:3.2.0-0ubuntu2) to 1:3.2.0-0ubuntu4", it is still using the 'normal' nautilus menu. @pitti, ubuntu-desktop-team: please don't change the importance!
