Bug description:
  In most applications, even the most recent software centre, you can
  drag the tool bar to move the window. The latest version of gwibber
  (as of 2011-9-3) you can not. However they have updated the theme to
  the gradient style tool bar (which usually would show that tool bar as
  drag-able)
