  The ppt view panel cannot be set back after I drag it out, while the
  task panel can be moved and set back again.

Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu. Ubuntu 11.04 reached EOL on October 
28, 2012.
See this document for currently supported Ubuntu releases: 
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases

Can you reproduce this bug on a newer Ubuntu release?  Ubuntu 12.04 or
newer preferably.

If it is an issue in a newer release, please provide step by step
instructions on how to reproduce it.

Do feel free to report any other bugs you may find.
