I have requested an export: http://launchpadlibrarian.net/82298314/launchpad-export.tar.gz This file contains 43 help documents. https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/oneiric/+source/software-center/+pots/software-center-doc lists 63 languages (I ran grep -c +translate\ /tmp/software-center-doc.html on the locally saved page) of which 7 have 0 translated strings, so the export should contain 56 - that's 13 more than it actually contains.
