I defined that removed layout is 'default' by clicking the 'Reset to Defaults' button in keyboard preferences. After that I see it there again, and it is 'USA Alternative international (former us_intl)'. Hi. Sorry for delay. So, I found that after I clicked Apply system wild button in the layout settings, removed default language did not appeared after reboot. Also I tried to reproduce the error, for provide .xsession-errors to you, but now I did not see any bugs. If I'll see it again I'll send .xsession-errors to you. Hm, theme did not complete restored after I reselected it by System - Preferences - Appearance.
