I think this is now fixed with changes in NetworkManager. Please upgrade

I can't reproduce this. It shouldn't even ever happen, there seems to me
any items missing from the menu anyway, items that aren't being removed
or touched anywhere but together as a group.

Please attach the file ~/.xsession-errors, you might be able to see
errors there pertaining to nm-applet. Otherwise, you may want to try to
kill nm-applet and start it from the command-line to see what errors
might appear, which will indicate what goes wrong with the menu
creation.

  Today I upgraded the system and saw that the network manager does not
  show the available networks, it is only Enable Networking. I can not
  reconnect!
