When initiating a file copy in Nautilus the file copy dialog appears normally. However once it is lost by changing to other windows, it cannot be found either via the launcher or with ALT-TAB. The launcher clearly shows a file copy is going on (shows two windows open and a progress bar on the icon) but clicking it only enables access to the Nautilus window, not the file copy dialog.
