yes, the whole point about those complaints is that if timestamps are wrong,
dependency checking is broken. ant -diagnostics checks the skew on the temp dir
for trouble too.

your best fix is configure NTP correctly and have all clocks in your cluster in
sync. Dont try building over long-haul links.

Better to synchronize your clocks, I think - many tasks will not work correctly
if the clocks do not match up, since many tasks do their up-to-date checks based
on file timestamps.

File: DependSet.java

When working with central file server, there are many times that the clock are
not synchronized. I get many warning on "modified in the future" which are not
"realy" true. In addtion it cause me to miss real warning messages.

I ask to change it to verbose message or let me disable it somehow.
