BIGTOP-3015: hadoop-spark bundle correction

This change removes the "hadoop-plugin" charm from the "hadoop-spark"
bundles and tests as it isn't needed in the bundle.

 Summary: hadoop-spark bundle correction
 Key: BIGTOP-3015
 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BIGTOP-3015
 Project: Bigtop
  Issue Type: Bug
  Components: deployment
Reporter: James Beedy

Remove hadoop-client charm from hadoop-spark bundle.

I can't find a reason to have the hadoop-client and spark charms co-located on
the same machine here, not sure there is a reason for hadoop-client here at all.
