One Arm node in CI is done

Hi folks,

The node docker-slave-arm-4 is temporary offline for some SW issues. We're
working on this. It might need reinstall OS. If that is the case, it may
take a bit longer to bring it back online as Jenkins reconfiguration is
needed.

   Hi @dongqiu, this Bigtop-Mpack is based on Ambari-2.6.1 and it hasn't been 
tested based on Ambari 2.7.5 yet . But We did plan to upgrade it to 2.7.x.
   By the way, this Mpack just contains some basic components like hdfs, yarn, 
maprd and Zookeeper. May I ask which components would you like to adopt in your 
cluster?
