AnsibleEntity was missing from 'all' pom.xml

 so could not deploy ansible entities.

This permits blueprints with AnsibleEntity to deploy.



You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

$ git pull https://github.com/geomacy/brooklyn-dist 
ansible-missing-from-all-pom

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
