We should suggest that they add themselves to https://github.com/apache/calcite/blob/master/site/_data/contributors.yml. In that file, the instructions should note that the pronouns field is available if they wish to specify. +1 For new committers/PMCs, we could possibly add a sentence in the invitation email asking about their preferences and if they want to share them. +1 Thanks Julian! I'll add that in many cases, I see the possessive pronoun (e.g. his) also included but I don't know enough about the reasons for this to feel strongly either way.
