[GitHub] incubator-carbondata-site issue #1: Updated website for release

Added following links in Community section a) Issue/Bug Tracker b) list of contributors 2. All the links on the landing page have been redirected to appropriate references/locations respectively. 3. The website layout has been updated. 4. The Building CarbonData and IDE Configurations Section has been added in the Quick Start Section. 5. The page for How to Contribute in the CarbonData Website has been added. 6. The 'how to contribute link' in the Contribution Section on the landing page has been linked to the above page. 7. Minor corrections for text errors on the landing page have been done. 8.
