   Old UI: Infra->Zone -> select a zone -> phy network tab -> Guest -> see the 
last tab:
   
   APIs: listDedicatedGuestVlanRanges, dedicateGuestVlanRange, 
releaseDedicatedGuestVlanRange
   
   Use case: dedicate part of the VLAN range of the physical network to an 
account or a project; then list and remove it.
