Java heap space error in cloud stack 4.2.1
Hello, I was advised to seek help in the dev community, we have upgraded our cloud stack management server from 2.2.14 to 4.2.1 and after the upgrade we face the following: 1) The management server crashes on daily basis and only a reboot fixes it. 2) The management server log output heaps of this error : a. 2014-03-24 15:11:39,509 WARN [xen.resource.CitrixResourceBase] (DirectAgent-445:null) Error while collecting disk stats from : You gave an invalid object reference. The object may have recently been deleted. The class parameter gives the type of reference given, and the handle parameter echoes the bad value given. ? ERROR [cloud.server.StatsCollector] (StatsCollector-1:null) Error trying to retrieve storage stats java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space 3) The catalina log output the following: a. SEVERE: The web application [/client] appears to have started a thread named [Timer-0] but has failed to stop it. This is very likely to create a memory leak.
