Apache Project Maturity Model - CD50 - Commit Messages & Git

Hi,

I suspect that CD50 has a SVN or patch based history behind it.  When using
pull requests via github, you can actually track the original committer
(since reasonably they have raised the pull request).  it's actually their
commit that ends up in our repo.

So I'm wondering is there a way to restate this, to make it work when using
pull requests?

Hi Jacques,

I don't really get what redundancy you're talking about (nor link with cited 
commit, nor what discussion I had with Sebastian...)

One thing is that committee-info.txt is an ASF private resource where rdf files 
are fully public. And RDF/DOAP files are supposed to give a full model of 
everything for public share.

I was not at the beginning of DOAP deployment but just worked on the new 
projects.a.o site, then I really have no idea on initial intends: I'm just 
trying to guess like anybody else...
