Hi  [~mikemccand] Sorry for the delay. I have just added the lucene github repo
to the Kibble demo. It should start to pull in data at the next sync. I will
check it tomorrow to see if it has updated and let you know.

Thanks

Sharan

> I am working on the quarterly board report for Apache Lucene, and noticed
> under the "Community Health" section that the "Busiest GitHub topics" seems
> to be missing the "lucene" GitHub repository.
> It seems to contain only {{lucene-solr}}, {{lucenenet}}, {{lucene-site}}.
> Likely something needs to be updated because Solr split out of Lucene, and
> Lucene's main (to be 9.0 release soon) branch is on a new(-ish) {{lucene}}

Re: Open Source Experience Paris 2021, 9-10th Nov.

2021-10-17 Thread Hervé BOUTEMY
Hi Olivier,

Yes, I'll be there, you can count on me: being alone at a booth is really not
funny!

Let's contact other french people we know, to have a chance to meet more
people given the new life that is starting :)

See you soon

Hervé

Re:Online Open Source Hackathon November 22nd to 26th

2021-10-17 Thread Juan Pan
Hi Justin,

I’d like to give a talk on OS. Plus, I’m still interested in mentor role, but
didn’t find any necessary doc introducing mentoring work.

Best wishes,
Trista

Hi,

I’m involved in helping out an online Open Source Hackathon that will be held
on 22nd to 26th November. For more information please see
https://opensourcehack.cbrin.com.au .
International teams are welcome to apply and we don’t ask that you hand over
any IP. It would be great to see some teams using Apache projects there. you
can register your team on the website.

As well teams I’m also looking for a number of speakers (3-5 minutes on an OS
relevant topic and a pre recorded talk is fine), judges and mentors. The team
involved have run many hackathons before and are well organised. If you would
like to be involved please get in touch off list.

Kind Regards,
Justin

closes on November, 15th (23:59 CET)

If you're not familiar, FOSSBackstage is an *awesome* event, about how
open source works behind the scenes. It covers governance, running
Foundations, codes of conduct, managing people, community management,
and so on.

Cool. Thanks Rich!

Applied for a talk and accompanying workshop. Also happy there will be an
in-person day :). Berlin is amazing. I have some great memories from
ApacheCon Berlin :).
