in fact, publishing the report works well: the need here is to ease a PMC 
review/contribution before publishing
the help reporter.apache.org currently gives to the PMC Chair to write the 
draft report does de-facto help him be alone into working alone: helping the 
Chair sharing the draft with his fellow PMC members before submitting to the 
board would enhance PMC implication

I admit I stopped trying to migrate: nobody seemed really interested (no vote 
on this issue), and it's a not trivial change (because there are cronjobs that 
do updates to the content: projects.apache.org is not just a software, but a 
running service)

Apache inactive issues

Hi Apache Team,


I am facing a problem from last 15 days that my apache2 service
automatically going to inactive mode when it task and memory increasing
rapidly and in 2-3 min it's dead state.

Need your help on that same. Please request you to looking into the issues.

Apache version 2.4.41
Ubuntu os 22.04
