[cordova-docs] Referencing Latest Version in Edge

Hey all,

We've been having conflicts with referencing the next version in the edge
documentation.

>From now on, the edge documentation should reference the next version as
"x.x.x".

On each release, the release script will find & replace "x.x.x" with the
released version.

For example:

  - "cordova-x.x.x.js" becomes "cordova-2.7.0.js"
  - "Cordova x.x.x" becomes "Cordova 2.7.0"
  - "Getting Started with x.x.x" becomes "Getting Started with 2.7.0"

The JIRA issue around this is: CB-3192 [1]
