That could be helpful for Forrest. I have a tool that i wrote
specifically for the Forrest situation, called "licer" which
correlates the licenses of packaged dependencies.

I should try to verify the results with Whisker.

There are a few loose ends that need to be tidied up with verification, so might be worth waiting until 0.1 has been cut (James uses Whisker to generate LICENSE and NOTICE, so this is more fully tooled.)
