The 0.10 tag misses the updated download page, so we'll probably need to take a small branch from http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/creadur/rat/tags/apache-rat-project-0.10/ perhaps something like http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/creadur/rat/branches/apache-rat-project-0.10-website/ (unless anyone jumps in with a better name) Robert
