As an Admin I want to create a project via wizard template so that i can create 
project without reading extra instructions

*Preconditions:*
 # Admin is logged-in DLab
 # Admin is located on ‘Administration’ page

*Acceptance criteria**:*

Given that I'm an Admin in a role of project creation

When I open the 'Project' page

Then the system shows me project creation steps

When I fill the name project  and endpoints (I can choose of existing 
endpoint(s) or create new)

And I click 'Next' button or step2

Then the system shows me group creation and role adjusting

When I fill the 2st step of role I can choose of existing group or create one, 
and adjust role and add user (optional)

And I click the 'Create' button

Then the system shows me a grid of existing project
