For those of us stuck on dial-up, individual files are a *lot* 
easier to download, so I encourage you to provide both: a zip 
file with all the chapters, and individual chapter files. My 
theory is, the easier it is for people to get a file, the more 
likely they'll actually work on it.

I've had a quick look at it and hope to find time to do a 
thorough copy-edit on it, but I have almost no time at the moment 
due to some family responsibilities. OTOH, copy-editing a how-to 
takes a lot less mental effort for me than some of the other 
things I should be working on, so it's almost a form of 
relaxation and I might get to it just for that reason.
