I've slightly modified the shell scripts when creating a new instance and
instead of a karaf script, we now have two scripts named start and stop which
delegate to the admin script (i renamed it from karaf-admin). This will keep
the list of instances consistent whichever way is used to create the instance.
Please close or reopen this issue if you have any problems.
